The 50-G Program
The $50 G Program is one of those innovative marketing opportunities that made me want to join EXIT. It is a state-wide selling incentive for REALTORS and works like this. Seller’s agree to pay $500 at time of closing (performance based) to a state-wide EXIT escrow account.
When one-hundred 50-G listings sell IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, then those selling agents are invited to play in a game of real estate jeopardy in a central location and one of those agents will win $50,000!
